Super pissed at the Jcube outlet of Shakura Pigmentation.
1. Did not communicate correct appointment time.
2. No advance warning that they are full and can't take us despite having confirmed our appointments only the night before. Expected us to find out upon arrival.
3. Lied that they can't do facial for me and Mum because our skin condition wasn't good - truth they later admit was because outlet runs full.
4. Shirk responsibility. Say the following when can't argue: 'Ask my colleague, not I book one'
5. Accused us for being late forgetting that the 'discussion' had been awhile
6. Later agreed to take one person for appointment time 730, but didn't truthfully state that wait time maybe 2 hours or more
This is the 2nd time we both got turned away. Hate them. Don't ever go!! I will add in more details tomorrow...
