suddenly..
as I was dinnering with this new friend i've made, he suddenly asked if I was from a girls sec, and correctly guessed it within 2 trials. we were chatting abt relationship matters, and he said I was rather reserved..
thinking back, I've seen quite a few breakups from people around me, and somehow, my thinking has changed quite abit..
and just as soap said, there's often the overprotection issue.. what if u wanna go out with ur friend of the opposite sex purely to talk and catch up, and ur partner doesnt allow, must an arguement follow? why cant there be trust, and openess; like really sharing with ur partner who and who you admire by some sort of characteristic, and be allowed to mix around with ur friends. getting attached is not abt losing your friends, but about maintaining a balance between both. for this, i really admire mel and ky.. that's the balance that shld really be.
well, this 9pm show is nonsense. and i'm watching nonsense. reality is often so different from reel-tv. i guess i've really lost the confidence...

night.cycling
nice pic right.. i koped from others de.. well well, ystd was quite a happening night out cycling with the bunch of them, again. wahhahaha! it was a much further adventure from ECP to National Stadium to Shears' Bridge to spore flyer to espanade to 'rich man's place' to Telok Blangah hill park to former SA to Vivo to Maxwell and EAT (and we saw gays!) to clark/boat quay to Bugis to Cityhall to ECP!! many intermittent stops that i cant rembr liao.. well, actually the route was modified along the way coz we made wrong turns.. well, the supposed on is as such....http://bikingtrip.freehostia.com/ cool right!
but sigh..i lost my camera pouch, again! there isnt any hook to the camera.. so it dropped out when i was on my way home - after the whole cycling trip. sigh. went back to the spot i'm sure had dropped, but cant find it, i'm so sad la. maybe someone took it, within a span of barely 5 mins! that pouch is so nice and fitting lor. sigh sigh. it makes me think whether i shld spend money again to buy another one T.T

i can't help but note, my.mooooo is really funny! wahhahahhaa! i'm so excited la.

this is an extremely busy week. but i feel rather happy accomplishing some the stuff tho.. =)
1. grad dinner :: 2 tables! tho not completely filled like the design tables, but its not a simple feat!
2. grad trip airtix planning :: 1 night to source, 1 day to book. claps!
3. drilling/milling :: wah it's been eons since i've touched one of those machines. thnx to the technician and ben who assisted me in one way or another. =P
4. FYP!! yesh i have all those assembly work, plus meeting prof, plus rushing of the report to do! argh.
5. two night classes :: till that late! which explains the pics i took in that darkness. lol~
6. sports :: and funny why i still have time to play tenny. shall i play tenny again on fri? lol~ considering i have night cycling then, I shldn't, right....? hahhahha
7. lessons :: despite all those above to do, plus the late nights, funny why i still manage to attend all lessons, skipping only one 3 hrs slot. hahhaha! maybe, coz....i only have 10 hrs of lect a week? (lol~ and yes, this wk i skipped 3 hrs of 10!)
and so...... i'm so going to be a panda. what sound does a panda makes? hmmmm... squeshhhh* ? coz of the chomping of bamboo stems? wahhahahha! anyway, i'm tired. zzzzzzz~

saw alot of people (both repetitively and not) within these two days .. haha, not something bad though. its interesting how people from different walks of life (ie cause of study) gather together and squeeze in the tiny space. yes, of coz that space is tiny, there are supposed to be thousands of graduates finding jobs! omg, and even y3 people crowding in with us, what the...
anyway, saw my cute prof, and he was updating me some stuff... come to think of it, he might be able to find his link over here! wahahaha! anyway, the first thing he told me, was, yar, he was telling me about someone he saw.. hmm. well, i'm really fortunate to have this mr busy big shot concerned for me, really. actually i did felt a thump when i heard what he said, i dont know why i still do. sigh. anyway, next.
yup so we were having a quick catching up session, and he was updating me some changes in the school policy... well, it should be implented next sem, dunno how tho. hahahha its funny the way my cute prof was saying it so funnily that the school administrative is just so exasperating. in any case, one of things is that IA will become optional. what?! optional? does it means that engine students in the future will have less coy options if they wanna choose for IA since less coy might be taking part in this. if it's optional then what happens to that one sem? becomes another study semester like people who goes for IO? omg. IF they're going to implement this by next sem... well..... hahahaha it's IMPOSSIBLE. lol~

十分·爱
today was quite a productive day although i slept/napped quite abit.
i managed to do quite abit (5 pages) of report (yay!), completed watching my Wallace show (finally..), and buffered a movie to watch. =)
it is a 2007 hong kong movie titled 十分爱, by the 3 hongkong singtress/singtor. yup, i guess that's where the song 十分·爱 came from..
anyway, it is a really interesting movie especially towards the ending. in a nutshell, its about seeking trust in friendship, love, and ultimately yourself. in the show, the main lead actress, 邓丽欣, got lost herself in a game of love. Eventually she decided on someone, but is that person really for her...? well, i do really think its worth taking 100 mins of time off to watch this movie. anyway, its in chinese, not cantonese. no subtitles though.. and for people who doesnt listen to cantonese songs, she and her partner-in-show, mr 方力申, are both really great singers, and they sang many duets before too! oooh i so very love their songs..
oh, before i end this post and jump into bed, i'd like to share two phrases I heard in the movie..
两个人相爱时不会说对不起的，因为对方会原谅彼此的。一旦说了对不起，就代表自己已经不爱对方了。
这个世界所有事情都有展演法；看见的未必是真的，真的，你未必能幸运的看见…
the second phrase is the last sentence of the entire movie.. "展演法" means something like a layer of smoke to cover/blur the truth behind it. ok, pardon my bad translation. this post does look abit sad in the england. >.<
