as I was dinnering with this new friend i've made, he suddenly asked if I was from a girls sec, and correctly guessed it within 2 trials. we were chatting abt relationship matters, and he said I was rather reserved..
thinking back, I've seen quite a few breakups from people around me, and somehow, my thinking has changed quite abit..
and just as soap said, there's often the overprotection issue.. what if u wanna go out with ur friend of the opposite sex purely to talk and catch up, and ur partner doesnt allow, must an arguement follow? why cant there be trust, and openess; like really sharing with ur partner who and who you admire by some sort of characteristic, and be allowed to mix around with ur friends. getting attached is not abt losing your friends, but about maintaining a balance between both. for this, i really admire mel and ky.. that's the balance that shld really be.
well, this 9pm show is nonsense. and i'm watching nonsense. reality is often so different from reel-tv. i guess i've really lost the confidence...
